With this project, we wanted to develop the professional competences of 30 students (10 from the Construction field, 10 from Mechanics and 10 from Electrics), with focus on sustainability ("Vitals" being an old manor, transformed into an international training center) and also to develop the key competences of these 30 students (digital, linguistic, social and cultural).
Our institution has been preparing students in the fields of Construction, Mechanics and Electrics for 63 years, now. Our students may get a level 4 (for high school) or level 3 (for vocational) certificate, when they graduate. In addition, they also have practical training,carried out in local companies.The idea of the project was for our students to have their practical training in a European country, so as to improve their motivation related to their professional development and key skills .
