The aim of this project is to help youth workers improve their digital literacy and explore ways in which they can use digital and virtual tools in their youth work: to engage more young people and maintain connections with them (including those from remote communities) but also to develop and apply interesting youth oriented online NFE methods. The objectives of this project are: - By the end of the project, 25 youth workers will enhance their digital literacy in the field of youth work, gaining practical knowledge in digital non-formal education methods to engage youth, popular youth platforms and gamification techniques. -Youth workers will develop practical skills in using digital tools for developing youth activities and for engaging at least 100 young people from diverse backgrounds by the end of the project. -By the end of the project, at least 23 out of the 25 the participating youth workers will report increased awareness of the value of digital tools in youth work and express greater confidence in integrating them into their practices. -By the end of the project, participants will collaboratively design and test at least 3 virtual non-formal education methods tailored for engaging young people from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
