We aim to give young people concrete opportunities to get actively involved in protecting the environment and in the decision-making processes that directly affect them. The project will contribute to the development of a generation of young people who are more aware of the impact of climate change, more responsible towards their communities and more involved in sustainable environmental initiatives. The objectives of the project are the following: Increasing the civic participation of young people in Gorj county through non-formal education and local initiatives focused on environmental protection. To develop advocacy and civic activism skills among 355 young people to enable them to influence public decisions related to sustainability. Stimulating collaboration between young people, local authorities and environmental organizations to implement concrete environmental protection measures over 18 months
