The “TineRețea” project aims to support the active participation of young people from five rural and small urban communities in Constanța County by forming five youth initiative groups that will develop and implement local action plans. The objectives include strengthening youth civic engagement, digital literacy, combating disinformation, and promoting European Union values. The project facilitates structured dialogue between young people and authorities at local, county, and national levels, contributing to the development of youth policy proposals. Through the mentorship program and educational activities, young people will gain essential skills for democratic participation, developing sustainable initiatives that address the real needs of their communities.
