We propose to develop adaptive coping and social-emotional skills of 20 youth in foster care, from each partner country, involved in a program designed by youth workers and to develop the skills of youth workers to use experiential methods in working with this youth. By achieving these we will solve: the lack of exchanges of good practices, difficulties in accessing external resources and expertise needed to improve our programs, emotional difficulties of youth in adapting to changes.
