Digital Echoes aims to empower rural youth and preserve cultural heritage by training 40 disadvantaged students to document 40 local traditions, creating heritage videos that target 10,000 views. The project also promotes active citizenship and EU values through workshops and a final report, while building partner capacity with best-practice exchanges and tailored outreach strategies to mobilize rural communities for long-term impact.
