The Living Culture project aims to increase the quality, capacity, and recognition of youth work in rural areas by integrating cultural heritage and sustainability through fermentation. It will train 36 youth workers, equipping them with tools for community engagement and waste reduction. The project fosters intergenerational dialogue, strengthens youth work visibility, and promotes traditional food preservation as a climate action strategy.
