By implementing this project, we aim to enhance the communication skills of educators, increase the dynamism and interactivity of training methods for professionals, and strengthen international cooperation through the application of storytelling in education. The evaluation of our training programs has shown that, although the content is of high quality, participant engagement is low (score of 3.80), indicating a need for more innovative approaches to knowledge transfer.
Our organization applied for this project to enhance the competencies of educators who train professionals working with people with disabilities. An internal evaluation of our training programs, based on 170 participant surveys, showed that while the quality of content was rated highly, participant engagement was significantly lower (3.80 on a scale of 5). This indicates a need for more dynamic and interactive teaching methods to improve participant involvement.
