Project has several objectives. First, building our capacity to provide green skills needed in labor market. Second, empowering our trainers with digital skills, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of trainings in our organization. Then, developing innovative trainings in our organization, to improve green and digital skills of our students, and prepare them for labor market. Finally, building a "Community of environmental advocates" among our students.
Center for Education and Development MAGENTA is a young organization. Our wish is to familiarize ourselves with the green and digital education, and acquire the knowledge for future work. This project provides several benefits. We will: ensure cooperation with other training organizations; develop skills of our trainers; learn to promote sustainability and technology in green education; get acquainted with EU projects.
