By implementing this project, we aim to introduce nature-based daycare models to early childhood educators in Pirot, enhancing their skills in sustainable, inclusive education. The project will build professional networks, promote European values of inclusion and sustainability, and improve both formal and non-formal education. Ultimately, we want to empower educators, foster community engagement, and ensure long-term capacity for high-quality educational initiatives.
We applied for this project to address the lack of experience with nature-based education in Pirot and the need for skill development among early childhood educators. The project will help build professional networks, promote sustainability and inclusion, and improve both formal and non-formal education. It also offers an opportunity to engage adult learners, including those from disadvantaged backgrounds, and strengthen the European dimension of education.
