Objectives

Our goal is to enhance educators' competencies in non-formal education by introducing inclusive teaching methodologies and culturally responsive approaches. These strategies will improve engagement, retention, and outcomes for disadvantaged adults. By the end of the project, three educators will implement at least three new methods, benefiting 75 learners within a year and fostering a more inclusive and effective learning environment.

Background

This project will provide our educators with innovative tools to support adult learners from marginalized backgrounds, including Roma and other disadvantaged groups. By fostering inclusion and cultural sensitivity, we aim to strengthen non-formal education and expand learning opportunities. Our goal is to create lasting change, ensuring that every learner feels valued, supported, and empowered to enhance their personal and professional development
