As bullying is becoming increasingly prevalent, we analyzed the needs of teachers and found that training on this topic is essential. They are not adequately trained to respond in a timely manner, they do not always know whom to turn to or how to approach this issue. This project plays a crucial role in strengthening the capacities, developing skills, and ensuring appropriate responses to a problem that has become almost daily, growing more challenging, requiring a well-trained staff.
