The project aims for tourism and commerce students to gain practical experience in a European business environment, enhance digital skills, and adopt sustainable business practices. We seek to connect education with industry, modernize teaching methods, and promote inclusion in tourism and trade. The long-term goal is to improve vocational education, strengthen cooperation with European institutions, and develop students' entrepreneurial thinking for better career opportunities.
The Technical School of Knjaževac applied for this project to provide tourism and commerce students with practical experience, enhance digital skills, and adopt sustainable business models. Limited local opportunities and the need for international experience motivated us to offer students training in a European business environment, improving their competitiveness in the labor market.
