We have defined four goals: 1. Improving practical skills and competences 2. Developing social skills 3. Enhancing students’ language competences 4. Strengthening the knowledge and skills of teachers in practical instruction Education that keeps pace with modern trends, techniques, and technologies increases motivation among both students and teachers, prevents burnout, fosters individualization, contributes to the community, promotes collaboration, and establishes a support system.
There is a need for new teaching methods and technologies, fulfilling market demands, improving social and foreign-language communication skills, and incorporating professional terminology. Equally crucial is preparing students to work with tourists, guests, and each other. We also strive to support students with difficulties, boosting their job-market prospects, self-confidence, and recognition of strengths.
