The goal was to send six dental nurse students to Spain to do their LIA2 internship. This was to increase their learning and understanding of how dental care can work in other European countries.
We conduct vocational training in the health and medical care industry. We train professional roles that are in short supply in the Kronoberg Region but also in many other regions of Sweden. The project has enabled us to send student dental nurses on an internship (LIA - Learning on the job) to Spain. This is a great opportunity for students to broaden their experiences and develop further in both their future professional role, but also personally.
