Objectives

1. Align inner development with higher education frameworks through expert analysis and student input. 2. Develop a 9-unit digital guide with LMS tools to support educators. 3. Train 21+ educators with hands-on experience, mentorship, and a teaching toolkit. 4. Integrate inner development into academic programs, impacting 1,000 students. 5. Share outcomes via events and digital outreach, reaching 170+ stakeholders and 5,000+ users.
