We aim to enhance students' practical training in real work environments, develop their language and intercultural skills, and improve their professional and personal growth. Additionally, we strive to encourage teachers to integrate new methods and knowledge into their teaching and strengthen partnerships between schools and companies. Furthermore, we aim to increase enrolment in our programs, as we face declining numbers in programmes that train students for shortage occupations.
We aim to improve students' professional and language skills, enhance their employability, and increase cooperation with European companies and schools. We are applying due to the need to bridge the gap between theory and practice, offering international experiences for students and teachers, improving the quality of education and training, and increasing enrolment in technical and vocational programmes, as participation in Erasmus+ would be a strong motivation for prospective students.
