The project aims to empower students in their professional field and improve their English/Italian skills for better competitiveness in the job market. Special attention is given to the professional and personal growth of students with fewer opportunities and the development of social skills for all participants. Another goal is to enhance digital competencies for teachers and students and update school curricula with topics and modern teaching methods in the technical field.
Vocational program students need professional knowledge with modern digital tools and quality work experience. A successful career also requires well-developed social and emotional competencies, as these are increasingly sought after by employers. E+ projects enable students to understand the needs of the broader EU economy and compare them with the labor market at home. They enhance students' confidence, encourage creativity, and boost motivation for further professional and personal growth.
