The project aims to bring about lasting changes in the use of digital learning methods while offering sustainable and quality development of educators, focusing on digital competences. The gradual transition to digitally supported learning content will put learners and their needs at the centre of the learning environment, which will provide appropriate development of professional and digital competences. The goal is a complete digital literacy based on responsible and safe use of technology.
Technology advancements in graphics and media, and the familiarity of students entering vocational education with digital technology, places the school in a key role to develop and modernise digital learning environments by strengthening the digital competences of teachers. The proposed project "Technological Enhancement of Creative Hands-on learning", by SMGŠ is a response to societal changes that will ensure the competitiveness of its students in the labour market.
