Objectives

Project establishes a framework for equitable, cost-effective, and location-independent hybrid training in primary healthcare. It supports risk identification, protocol development, and simulation-based training design. Instructors will be trained in risk assessment, intervention training development, and continuous quality improvement, using triage as a case study.
