With the project "Path to Adulthood", we aimed to provide young people with practical knowledge and skills needed for a successful and independent adult life. The project was created in response to the fact that young people are becoming independent later in life and often lack opportunities to develop essential life skills through formal education. The main objectives of the project were: * to improve young people's financial literacy and teach them the basics of personal finance management, budgeting, saving, and responsible spending; * to strengthen employability skills through CV writing using the Europass tool, job interview simulations, and learning about the labour market; * to develop practical life skills such as preparing healthy and affordable meals, carrying out basic household tasks, and organizing everyday life; * to increase young people's self-confidence in decision-making, problem-solving, and taking responsibility for their future; * to foster the development of soft skills such as communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and adaptability; * to enable participants to apply newly acquired knowledge through simulations of real-life situations and challenges faced by young adults; * to promote the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities and ensure their equal participation in all project activities; * to encourage intercultural learning, understanding of different European realities, and the exchange of good practices among young people from Slovenia, Romania, Lithuania, Spain, and Malta; * to strengthen participants' sense of European citizenship, international cooperation, and respect for common European values; * to develop the organisational and leadership competences of young activists involved in the preparation and implementation of project activities. Through the project, we wanted to show young people that adulthood is not simply a matter of age, but rather a combination of knowledge, skills, and responsibilities that can be developed through experience, cooperation, and non-formal learning.
