With the project Young Creators, Bold Entrepreneurs, we wanted to empower young people to plan their own future in a more confident, active and creative way. We started from the understanding that young people often have many ideas, energy and a desire to create change, but they may lack support, concrete tools, self-confidence or an encouraging environment where they can test and develop their ideas. The main objective of the project was to strengthen young people’s entrepreneurial competences and to show them that entrepreneurship is not only connected to starting a business, but also to a way of thinking. We wanted to encourage them to recognise opportunities, solve challenges, take initiative, cooperate with others and create value for the community. Through the project, we enabled young people to develop their ideas in a safe and supportive international environment. It was important for us not to remain only at the level of theory, but to ensure that participants gained concrete knowledge and tools through practical activities, group work, exchange of experiences and creative methods, which they can also use after the end of the exchange. The project was designed as a space where young people could explore their potential, learn through trial and experience, cooperate with peers from other countries and gain the feeling that their ideas are not something distant or unreachable, but something that can start taking concrete shape with the right support. The aim was not to create “perfect entrepreneurs”, but to encourage young people to dare to think boldly, act independently and recognise their own role in shaping the future.
