The implementation of this project is aimed at improving the quality of youth work on multiple levels by strengthening the competencies of youth workers, developing innovative work methods, and establishing sustainable collaboration between organizations. The key objective of the project is to equip youth workers with knowledge, skills, and methods that will enhance their work with young people, particularly those from vulnerable groups, such as young Roma women. At the same time, we aim to create a balance between the digitalization of youth work and authentic, nature-oriented youth work methods, which represents the core vision of the project. The project strives to strengthen the digital competencies of youth workers by providing them with training on the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence in youth work. The goal is to develop competencies for critical and safe use of AI in education, mentoring, and youth support while promoting digital literacy among youth workers and their ability to transfer these skills to young people. Beyond digital competencies, the project also focuses on improving methods for motivating young people and working with vulnerable groups. It will enable youth workers to develop strategies for effectively encouraging young people to participate actively, engage in learning, and pursue personal development. Special emphasis will be placed on youth workers who work with young people from marginalized communities, as we aim to enhance their working methods and provide them with tools to promote inclusion and social cohesion. As part of the project, youth workers will also receive training on the content development and implementation of activities that encourage quality leisure time in nature and a healthy lifestyle. The goal is to equip youth workers with methods that will help young people connect more with their surroundings, experience personal growth, and increase social inclusion. The project will also contribute to the development of organizations, as we expect that youth workers will transfer their newly acquired knowledge to their organizations and integrate it into existing programs. This will help elevate the quality of youth work by introducing new methods and strategies for working with young people. Additionally, we anticipate that participants will continue to collaborate even after the mobility is completed, developing new joint projects that will contribute to the long-term advancement of youth work at an international level.
