We wanted to increase the knowledge base of t he key employees of the organization, enable innovative education in existing courses and procedures, and last but not least, pave the way for future projects and programs of our own and cooperating organizations in areas and challenges valid for current society. .
The project represented an opportunity to increase the knowledge base, skills and knowledge of the organization's management and program staff. The acquired skills enabled greater efficiency in the preparation and use of educational materials and courses and enabled increased creativity of the participating workers.
