The implementation of the project will fulfill the goal of the development of employees, their competences and skills in working with the target group. We will acquire methodologies and examples of good practice, which we will apply to the development of projects aimed at seniors. Soft skills will be strengthened by a course of art therapy, which we will include in the offer of activities for seniors.
The Center for Religious and Historical Studies, a non-profit organization, is dedicated to adult education in the humanities, digital literacy, and intercultural skills. It is currently planning to expand its activities to include educational programs for seniors. Based on a visit to foreign institutions and a professional course, we plan to develop the competences of our staff in this field, increase skills and gain inspiration in an international environment.
