The project aims to develop the competencies of NKOS staff in modern methods of adult education, with a special emphasis on inclusive and participatory approaches that will improve the quality of the organization's educational activities. Mobility participants will gain practical experience in modern methods of adult and 50+ education, including inclusive strategies and digital tools. The mobility will help employees acquire modern digital tools for creating online courses and webinars.
The NKOS is applying for an Erasmus+ mobility project based on a needs analysis of the organization. The results of the analysis revealed several challenges faced by NKOS and the need to address them through the development of staff competencies in the field of adult education. NKOS staff require professional training in inclusive and participatory teaching methods to better respond to the needs of diverse groups of adult learners.
