O1 - Developing skills and competencies of trainers to further the capacities to work with learners in a more digital way with a special focus on digitising practical vocational training contents. O2 - Development of competencies and skills of trainers for green and sustainable technologies (batteries, solar, heat-pumps and smart-grid, etc.) and raising awareness about environment and sustainability.
The project addresses the pressing need to adapt VET to digital formats and integrate modules and courses on green technologies into training. Practical VET requires digitising theoretical components to reduce in-person hours while maintaining high-quality; the growing demand for green skills like solar energy, batteries, and smart grids necessitates equipping trainers with knowledge and tools to meet labor market needs. The SMM skills are more and more required for the e-promoting of trainings.
