The main objective is to improve the students' practical skills as they will have the opportunity to learn from mentors in a host organisation. They will learn new, modern cooking techniques and gain practical experience in serving guests and using hotel information systems. The participation in the project will allow students to actively work in a foreign language. They will expand their professional vocabulary, which they later use either in their final exams or in their future employment.
