Green Dream idea for cooperation emerged from the passion and initiative of young participants eager to deepen their understanding of themselves and their connection with nature. The project’s partners have very similar or identical visions: to educate young people on healthy living, raise awareness about sustainability and protecting nature, foster creative collaboration, and promote inclusive coexistence—both with fellow humans and the natural world. AIM of the Youth Exchange, we want to equip young individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to cultivate a positive outlook on themselves and their surroundings, ultimately contributing to a fairer and more environmentally responsible society. At every stage, the project will be deeply embedded with a commitment to nature and environmental responsibility, driven by our profound care for our planet. We will explore and share various approaches to sustainable living while critically reflecting on environmental awareness and the conservation of natural resources - such as water, soil, sun, and energy from the sun, Additionally, we will address pressing global environmental challenges, broadening our understanding of sustainability on a larger scale, topics such as re-use, re-cycle, and re-furbish, driven by our profound care for our planet. Objectives according SMART methodology: 1. Personal and Social Development Enhance the personal, social, emotional, and creative skills of 24 young people (youth leaders, and volunteers) from four countries (Slovakia, Poland, Lithuania and Portugal) during a 7-day Youth Exchange in Slovakia to improve their overall well-being both physically and mentally. 2. Promoting Sustainable Living Equip 24 young people (youth leaders, youth workers and volunteers) with practical knowledge and hands-on solutions for sustainable living -both environmentally and socially -during the 7-day Youth Exchange in Slovakia 3. Establishing Long-Lasting International Partnerships Goal: Strengthen collaboration among four participating organizations to establish a long-term network for future Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects, ensuring sustainability beyond the exchange. These SMART goals ensure that the project is specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound, allowing for clear evaluation and long-term impact Key elements of our project are: - during the YE we will use the Sustainability Manual - Tips and Tricks for Saving Natural Resources, created as a result of KA2 Small partnership project, funded by Erasmus+, implemented in Slovakia LINK: https://heyzine.com/flip-book/96e3123ffa.html - during the YE we will use the Methodology for Training Multipliers on the Topics of Sustainability of Natural Resources https://heyzine.com/flip-book/5de6ea5d12.html - Study visits to Ekocentrum SOSNA by Kosice, Marius Pedersen company, and an ESC project of Beekeeping in Cana village.
