The goal of the project "Green Business Initiative" is to develop and support young people in the field of environmental entrepreneurship, not only by providing them with expert knowledge but also with practical experiences that they can apply within their communities. The project aims to activate young people and equip them with the necessary tools and skills to become leaders in sustainable development and environmental entrepreneurship. The main objective is to develop “green skills” and other competencies that are essential for addressing environmental challenges through business and innovation. From the perspective of youth work, the project aims to achieve several important goals: Introducing participants to the fundamental principles of environmental entrepreneurship: Participants will learn about the basic principles of sustainable entrepreneurship, including understanding environmental problems that can be addressed by entrepreneurs, as well as the responsibility that comes with eco-focused business. This goal also includes practical applications of entrepreneurial approaches that are environmentally oriented and respect principles of sustainability. Improving skills in planning and effective time management: An important goal is to equip participants with the tools needed for effective project planning and time management, which are crucial for successful entrepreneurship. These skills are applicable in various areas of life and help participants not only in business but also in personal development. Developing the ability to work with inner motivation and create action plans: This goal focuses on strengthening participants' internal motivation and their ability to transform ideas into concrete action plans. Participants will learn how to set goals and plan the steps required to achieve them in the field of environmental entrepreneurship. Mastering practical methods of environmental entrepreneurship and teamwork: Through outdoor educational activities and innovative educational approaches such as workshops and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to effectively work in teams, share ideas, and propose solutions to environmental problems within their projects. These experiences will prepare them for real entrepreneurial challenges. Gaining knowledge about project management in the context of environmental entrepreneurship: Participants will learn the basics of project management and how to apply these skills in the context of environmental entrepreneurship. This goal includes practical application of these skills through community-based projects where participants can test their entrepreneurial ideas. Understanding the goals and opportunities of the Erasmus+ program: With an emphasis on practical application of these skills and knowledge, participants will gain a better understanding of how they can utilize Erasmus+ to support their entrepreneurial initiatives or prepare their own projects focused on environmental entrepreneurship. This goal strengthens the connection between informal education and official funding opportunities offered by Erasmus+. The "Green Business Initiative" project aligns with the core idea of the Erasmus+ program, which focuses on developing key competencies and skills for young people, supporting their personal and professional growth in environmental entrepreneurship. The project stands on the partnership cooperation between us, partner organizations, and active participation of young people, ensuring a strong foundation for long-term development of activities and deepening cooperation among all stakeholders. From the perspective of youth work, this project promotes the principles of informal education that are flexible, interactive, and adapted to the needs of the participants. The goal is to motivate young people to actively engage in solving environmental problems, while providing them with the opportunity to develop entrepreneurial skills that will allow them to contribute to the protection of the environment. At the same time, the project supports their responsibility towards their communities and the broader environment, which is essential for building engaged and competent citizens. The project aims to inspire young people to adopt entrepreneurial thinking that will benefit not only them but also their communities and society as a whole. Participants, who will become leaders in environmental entrepreneurship, will have the opportunity to continue their work after the project ends. This way, the project ensures a lasting impact on the younger generation, which will be capable of creating new opportunities for sustainable development and contributing to environmental protection.
