By implementing this project we would like to point out the awareness of mental health in connection with environment. How these two topics can be related and how important it is to understand this connection. We want this project to be something as realization for young people that they are reflexion of the surroundings they live in. We would like to point out that nature affects their mental well-being and environmental problems can cause them stress and anxiety, so we will help them identify their eco-stressors and also show them how they can convert those worries into new opportunities to make the environment better, especially in their communities. Objectives: - Increase awareness - Help young people understand the connection between nature and mental health and how the environment affects their well-being - Identify Environmental Stressors – Encourage participants to recognize and express their eco-anxiety and other concerns related to climate change and pollution. - Promote Mental Well-being – Teach simple techniques, such as mindfulness, relaxation, and spending time in green spaces, to reduce stress and improve mental health. - Encourage Community Action – Inspire young people to create small, practical solutions for their local environment, such as green spaces, clean-up projects, or awareness campaigns. - Build a Supportive Network – Connect young people with like-minded peers to share experiences, support each other, and take action together. - Develop Problem-Solving Skills – Equip participants with tools and knowledge to address environmental issues in a way that also supports their mental health.
