The goal of this project is to support the personal and professional development of young people through artistic and creative activities such as dance, theater, and stage movement. We aim to create an opportunity for young people from different countries to meet, share their cultures and experiences, and develop their skills in the arts. The specific objectives of the project are: Support personal development and self-confidence: Participants will learn how to express themselves through art, improving their communication skills, boosting their self-confidence, and fostering personal reflection. Develop creative skills: The project will provide participants with the opportunity to gain new skills in dance, theater, and stage movement, enhancing their artistic creativity and technical expertise. Promote interpersonal relationships and teamwork: Through shared activities, participants will learn how to effectively collaborate in international teams, enhancing their ability to work in diverse cultural environments. Enhance multicultural understanding: The project provides an opportunity for young people to exchange experiences with peers from different countries, allowing them to better understand and respect different cultures and values. Increase awareness of European values and mobility: Participants will be introduced to values such as solidarity, equality, and tolerance, and will gain practical experience with European mobility through the Erasmus+ program. Improve social and personal skills: Throughout the project, participants will develop their teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, contributing to their social and personal growth.
