The goal of the project is to enable the participants to recognize their talents, find their dreams and start to develop personally through activities. Among the other goals we include: a) To help students recognize their talent, abilities, strengths and weaknesses; b) Support the student in the development of his personality with the support of a mentor; c) Stimulate an active approach to self-development in students and take the initiative to implement an idea, increase interest in education; d) Strengthen students' key competencies: learn to learn; initiative and entrepreneurship; ability to work in a team; ability to communicate effectively and digital competence; e) Prepare students for real life situations, teach them to make the right decision. With our project, we will show students that it is possible to learn in a different way than they have experienced so far. Thanks to Gallup's talent tests, they will discover their TOP 5 talents, which they will learn to develop.
