The project empowers young people, particularly young women, Roma youth, and marginalised communities, to become values-driven changemakers. Through innovative tools, leadership development, and civic action, the project fosters democratic competences, gender equality, and reconciliation, equipping youth with skills to create positive change in society and their future careers.
