To develop personnel/institutional capacity through the visit of the organization's staff to an EU-level adult education center and to ensure the transfer of good practices in the field of adult education to the organization. To provide capacity development in Active Ageing and Green Skills, Media Literacy and Combating Disinformation, which are the priorities of the organization's adult students, through short-term training in an EU-level adult education center.
Founded in 2024, Mersin University 60+ Refresher University started its activities as of February 2024. Therefore, the organization has 1 year of experience in implementing adult education learning programs. In order to support the capacity development of the organization's staff and adult students, KA122-ADU, Adult Education Short-Term Learner and Staff Mobility is seen as a unique opportunity. This project will make a great contribution to the quality and capacity of the organization.
