Objectives

The objectives of the project are to improve the physical and mental well-being of disadvantaged adult learners, enhance digital literacy, and promote inclusion and equality. We aim to support educators' professional development through job shadowing and foster collaboration among Erasmus+ partners. Ultimately, the project seeks to equip participants with essential skills for personal and professional growth, contributing to a more inclusive and empowered community.

Background

We applied for this project to address the needs of disadvantaged adult learners, with a focus on enhancing their well-being, digital skills, and inclusion. By offering targeted training and mobility activities, we aim to empower participants, particularly women, migrants, and low-income individuals, to overcome barriers to education, employment, and social integration. Our project supports personal and professional growth, fostering greater inclusion and active participation in society.
