With this project, we aim to meet the demand for qualified labor in the sector by enhancing the professional competencies of 15 students participating in internships and other students through dissemination activities on electric vehicles, Industry 4.0, smart factory automation systems, and AI-supported self-learning machines. Additionally, we aim to integrate the outcomes into workshops, achieving green transformation through energy efficiency and increasing sustainable environmental awareness.
Companies in the growing industrial sector of our region report their skilled labor needs to our OIZ office. Students lack practical experience due to our insufficient institutional training infrastructure in electric vehicles, Industry 4.0, and AI-supported automation. Through Erasmus+, we aim to improve students' professional and personal skills through international internships, provide equal opportunities for disadvantaged individuals, and support access to global employment opportunities.
