By implementing the project, we aim to increase awareness among young people about gender equality, to raise knowledgeable individuals in this field, and to ensure that young people take active roles in the construction of an egalitarian society. As part of the project, young people will become aware of women's rights, gain the ability to defend these rights, and develop a strong attitude towards gender equality. From a youth work perspective, this project will increase young people's sensitivity to social problems through non-formal learning methods, and develop their empathy, leadership, and advocacy skills. Through an environment of intercultural dialogue, young people will experience learning different perspectives and producing common solutions, thus taking action to lay the foundations of a more inclusive and egalitarian society. Goals of our Project: • Increase young people's awareness about gender equality. • Encourage young people to take active roles as individuals who defend women's rights. • Develop solution proposals by discussing the social and economic challenges faced by women among young people. • Contribute to the construction of an egalitarian society by creating an environment of intercultural dialogue.
