The main aim of our project from a youth work perspective is to contribute to reducing negative attitudes and stereotypes about cultural and physical appearance differences among young people. In this regard, it aims to create positive effects with the aim of respecting European values, democratic rights and freedoms, reducing marginalization and sexist attitudes, and breaking prejudices. It aims to create interaction and awareness through a dramatization that blends body language, music and dance, by enabling participating young people to unite the differences from their own cultural communities through art and drama. 1- Participating young people will improve their communication and cooperation skills on a social level while increasing their personal self-esteem. At the same time, they will contribute more effectively to their societies by becoming aware of social responsibility and active citizenship. Participants aim to emerge from the project as empowered, self-confident and socially sensitive individuals. Our project aims to overcome the boundaries of stereotypes and reduce prejudices in society by emphasizing the differences between individuals. While it guides young people to understand and value differences, it also encourages interaction between different communities by enabling them to come together. In this way, our project aims to contribute to young people developing a deeper perspective on tolerance, understanding and multiculturalism. 2-Our project aims to help young people get rid of wrong prejudices by providing a platform for them to create their own thought systems. At the same time, it will support young people to take a more active role in social interaction by allowing them to develop their communication skills and teamwork abilities. 3-The communication goal of our project focuses on improving young people's abilities to use today's communication tools effectively. It is especially aimed at helping them gain a more critical perspective on the impact of social media. Our project aims to help young people more consciously understand and evaluate the media content they frequently encounter in their daily lives. It aims to help young people strengthen their media literacy and act more consciously under the influence of social media. 4-Our project supports diversity among young people and aims to enable them to play a more active role in institutions and make their voices heard. Our efforts to support young people in gaining active citizenship formation aim to contribute to them demonstrating more effective leadership in their communities. Thus, it aims to encourage young people's active participation in social events, enabling them to embrace differences and have a positive impact on their own communities. 5-Our project aims to provide young people with competence in creating various strategies, guidelines or rules, and civic participation by addressing a specific issue or problem. It supports young people to gain sensitivity to social issues and produce new solutions from various perspectives. Additionally, it brings young people together around common values and encourages them to create policies based on these values. 6- We aim to raise awareness of social inequalities, to ensure that individuals and society understand the inequalities between certain groups, to develop sensitivity on this issue and to strive for a fair society. In line with this purpose, awareness raising activities will be carried out in the activities of our project, sessions will be organized, contents with statistics and facts about social inequalities will be shared, and experiences between different groups will be emphasized. Inaddition, our awareness activities include questioning prejudices by explaining the importance of people from various segments of society coming together and establishing dialogue, celebrating differences by encouraging empathy, and emphasizing that all segments of society are of equal value. 7-We aim to increase the intercultural competence level of individuals through cultural diversity training. In this way, our project will contribute to the creation of a more inclusive environment in society by transcending the invisible boundaries between individuals. Our project, which aims to strengthen understanding among young people by increasing cultural awareness, aims toprovide a platform for individuals to create their own thought systems. In this context, it aims to help young people experience cultural diversity in a rich way and learn from each other, strengthen social ties and make a positive impact on their society.
