The primary aim of this project is to raise the awareness of youth leaders regarding the climate crisis and to develop their sensitivity to environmental issues, thereby creating a significant and lasting impact on environmental sustainability and the empowerment of youth. To achieve this aim, the goals our project seeks to accomplish are as follows: 1) To provide training to 30 participants from 6 countries on environmental issues and solutions and to develop the participants' skills in planning education for sustainable environments through international cooperation. 2) To increase youth leaders' awareness of the climate crisis and enhance their sensitivity to environmental issues. 3) To strengthen the knowledge and competence of youth workers regarding environmental issues. 4) To support youth leaders in identifying and implementing strategies for environmental protection. 5) To assist youth leaders in raising awareness among young people about environmental issues and creating action plans. 6) To ensure the transfer of skills and resources among youth leaders in different countries aimed at minimizing environmental damage caused by air, soil, water, and noise pollution. 7) To raise awareness in the community about global warming and environmental issues through youth leaders and to promote change and transformation among young people. 8) To positively change the participants' views on environmental protection by sharing the knowledge and experiences gained with youth leaders and to develop a sense of responsibility in acquiring environmental consciousness. 9) To encourage community participation and motivate participants to implement sustainable practices at a local level 10)To create a strong network composed of dedicated young people, educators, and organizations focused on environmental sustainability. Our project will focus on training youth workers and ensuring their participation, thereby fostering a generation of environmentally conscious individuals who can create positive change within their communities and beyond. By educating participants on environmental issues, we aim to create more knowledgeable and proactive youth workers capable of addressing current and future environmental challenges. Participants will gain knowledge about sustainable practices and the importance of environmental management through energy conservation efforts. Additionally, it will equip participants with leadership, project management, and advocacy skills to enable them to lead environmental projects and movements. Empowered youth will develop a culture of environmental responsibility, influencing their peers and communities. The project will promote the adoption of sustainable practices at the grassroots level by involving youth workers in practical projects and community activities. Our project will create a platform that brings participants together with their colleagues and organizations in common countries for collaboration and knowledge exchange. This network will support ongoing initiatives, share best practices, and enhance the impact of individual efforts. A group of equipped, skilled, and self-confident young leaders will be formed to lead environmental initiatives and inspire others. Participants will be guided in identifying local environmental issues and developing action plans, and resources and support will be provided for the implementation of the project. Local community events will be organized to raise awareness and promote sustainable practices. Community-based projects that address local environmental issues and demonstrate the effectiveness of grassroots actions will be encouraged.
