Objectives

Our project aims to enhance the capacities of youth workers who engage with war-affected youth, equipping them with more effective methods to address the challenges faced by this vulnerable group. By fostering knowledge and experience sharing in the field of youth work, the project will enable youth workers from different countries to learn from each other. Within this framework, training sessions will be organized to strengthen youth workers’ skills in dealing with complex issues such as trauma, social exclusion, and integration. Participants will gain competencies in trauma management, social cohesion, and crisis management. Additionally, the project seeks to develop innovative youth work methodologies, introducing new educational materials, digital tools, and hands-on activities through the collaboration of participants from various countries. The project also aims to create long-term impacts, including strengthening social support mechanisms for war-affected youth, enhancing social cohesion, and enabling youth workers to design sustainable projects. Furthermore, raising awareness about the challenges faced by war-affected youth is a key objective, with large-scale outreach efforts planned through social media campaigns and public-NGO collaborations. Ultimately, the project seeks to make a tangible difference in the lives of war-affected youth through youth work initiatives, while reinforcing social support systems and promoting greater societal awareness of their struggles.
