Project Objectives and Goals from the Perspective of Youth Work Practice: The primary goal of this project is to enhance the organizational capacities of NGOs by empowering youth workers with essential skills in strategic management, communication, and digitalization. The project aims to equip youth workers with the necessary tools and knowledge to address the common challenges faced by NGOs, particularly in relation to organizational development and volunteer management. Key Objectives of the Project: Strengthening Youth Workers' Organizational Management Skills: NGOs often face internal challenges related to governance, performance tracking, and strategic management. By developing youth workers’ skills in these areas, the project aims to enable them to take proactive roles in shaping the organization’s internal structure. Youth workers will learn how to implement strategic management practices, create clear job descriptions, set performance indicators, and adhere to quality standards. This will help youth workers foster stronger, more efficient organizational environments that support the NGO's long-term sustainability. Enhancing Volunteer Management: NGOs rely heavily on volunteers, yet they often lack the strategies to recruit and retain qualified individuals. This project seeks to empower youth workers with volunteer management techniques to improve recruitment, engagement, and retention. By developing effective volunteer communication and management systems, youth workers will be able to ensure long-term volunteer commitment, thereby enhancing the organization’s social impact. Improving Communication Skills and Outreach: One of the major barriers for NGOs is ineffective communication, which hampers outreach, visibility, and relationship-building with stakeholders. The project will focus on training youth workers to enhance their communication strategies, both internally and externally. By aligning communication management with organizational goals, youth workers will strengthen the NGO’s ability to connect with its target groups, improve visibility, and build stronger relationships with partners and the community. Utilizing Digital Tools for NGO Efficiency: In the modern, digital world, NGOs must be able to leverage digital tools to maximize their efficiency, reduce costs, and increase their impact. The project aims to introduce youth workers to key digital tools that can streamline operations and enhance communication, outreach, and project management. By empowering youth workers with these digital skills, NGOs will be better equipped to operate in a sustainable and efficient manner, maximizing their social impact. Expected Achievements: By implementing this project, we aim to empower youth workers to become key drivers of organizational development within their NGOs. The project will improve their capacity to manage teams, streamline processes, communicate effectively, and utilize digital tools to enhance overall NGO operations. In turn, this will lead to stronger, more sustainable NGOs capable of creating a larger and more meaningful social impact. Youth workers will emerge from the project with advanced skills in corporate governance, volunteer management, communication, and digital tools, all of which are essential for addressing the current challenges faced by NGOs. Ultimately, this will lead to more efficient organizations, improved social cohesion, and increased impact on the communities these NGOs serve.
