Entrepreneurial learning - entrepreneurship educationYouth employabilityEqual access and transition to labour market

Objectives

Currently, 13.7 million individuals aged between 15-29 are either employed, in education, or engaged in both. However, many individuals who have found employment feel that there is a mismatch between the reality of their roles and their expectations. Access to quality employment through education and training can often be challenging. While there is a high demand for adaptability and versatility skills in the labor market, the ability to navigate in a dynamic and multifaceted environment still remains insufficient. Formal education often falls short in equipping individuals with the skills needed for the job market. Today's youth need educational programs and training that provide a fundamental understanding of entrepreneurship, emphasizing creativity, risk-taking, and strategic planning. The consortium aims to create an environment within partner organizations that promotes creativity and supports innovative entrepreneurship. When successful, this environment can encourage creativity among its members. By combining creative and innovative efforts within partner organizations, we aim to create an appropriate entrepreneurial ecosystem. The global economy is shifting toward an entrepreneurial paradigm where new ventures are at the center. Visionary entrepreneurs like Steve Jobs (Apple), Debi Fields (Miss Fields), Bill Gates (Microsoft), and Fred Smith (FedEx) have paved new paths for the economy of this century and represent the essence of creativity and innovation. Considering the dynamics mentioned above and embracing the values of innovative and creative entrepreneurial NGOs, we are optimistic about increasing development and creativity. By promoting strategic thinking both at the individual and institutional levels, we aim to deepen the understanding of joint efforts, ensure alignment and foresight, and nurture recurring creativity. We also seek to foster better communication and interaction among young workers and young individuals, enabling organizational staff to leverage their creativity and innovation. The project aims to increase the employability of young unemployed individuals (including NEETs) and young workers, and to enhance the entrepreneurial skills of key personnel through an innovative "learning and creative pathway" approach. This approach includes a self-assessment tool and self-learning resources focusing on creative thinking, problem-solving, risk-taking, teamwork, and innovation management. The specific objectives of the project are as follows: To increase young workers' capacity to embrace innovations and develop entrepreneurial mindsets. To teach participants the value creation aspect of entrepreneurship. To encourage young workers to embrace innovations and develop entrepreneurial mindsets. To teach participants the value creation aspect of entrepreneurship. To develop action plans and guidance skills to achieve objectives such as creativity, innovation, and risk-taking, and explain how these mindsets and skills can be applied in organizations/businesses. To increase the employability of young workers within existing organizations in the social, public, and private sectors. To develop creative skills to gather necessary resources in joint organizations to achieve common goals.
