By implementing this project, we aim to enhance the professional capacities of youth workers to support young people's integration into the labor market. One of the biggest challenges young people face today is the lack of guidance and digital skills during the job search process. This project focuses on strengthening the role of youth workers, particularly in increasing the employability of young women and facilitating their access to career opportunities. The objectives of the project are as follows: - To enhance youth workers' knowledge and skills in digital career tools, enabling them to effectively guide young people in using platforms such as LinkedIn, EURES, and Europass. - To strengthen youth workers in mentorship and career guidance, ensuring that young people receive professional support during their job search process. - To promote female entrepreneurship and employability, raising awareness among youth workers so they can better support young women in their career development. - To develop training materials and guidelines that support young people's professional growth and integration into the labor market, ensuring the project's sustainability and wider impact. - To foster international knowledge and experience exchange among youth workers, spreading best practices across Europe and improving the overall quality of youth work. From a youth work perspective, this project will empower youth workers by enhancing their professional competencies, enabling them to provide more effective support to young people. By equipping young individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills for labor market participation, the project will increase their employability and contribute to social and economic development.
