Objectives

By utilizing digital transformation tools, we aim to restart education and governance with project participant in NGOs, particularly through environmentally friendly mobile and web applications. We aim to create efficient and effective working and governance methods in NGOs with minimum paper usage, teaching young participants a model to implement minimum paper waste in their NGOs as volunteers or professionals, thereby contributing to the creation of an exemplary and green NGO in the region and raising awareness about environmental consciousness in society through the impact created in the region. The project objectives include: -Teaching participants how to use Trello, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Bitrix24, Canva, Asana, MindMeister, Freshdesk, and Google Docs applications and conducting exercises on how to use them. -Conducting simulations of NGO management practices with non-formal education models through the applications being worked on. -Digitizing the governance documents of NGOs and identifying missing documents to create them digitally. -Developing websites, mobile applications, or online platforms to improve organizational capacity with effective communication strategies. -Establishing the foundations of NGOs that have completed their digital transformation and have zero paper usage. -Conducting nature studies on the damage paper usage causes to the environment and the devastation caused by deforestation, and raising awareness about the importance of forest conservation through non-formal education methods. -Contributing to the institutional capacity development of project partners and turning them into "green NGOs" that can serve as role models for other NGOs in the region. -Organizing the "DiGreeNGO" workshop involving local organizations.
