This project aims to raise awareness and provide guidance in the field of occupational accidents and safety at work. It supports reducing the frequency and severity of occupational accidents, improving the organization of occupational health and safety in companies, protecting health in case of mental burden and compliance with the EU occupational health and safety acquis. Participants will observe safety practices through company visits and field studies and experience dramatic reenactments to develop safety strategies. Workshops will provide trainings on risk analysis, emergency management and OHS legislation. The project also aims to strengthen active citizenship skills by encouraging young people to develop social policies and build citizenship awareness. At the end of the project, young people will contribute to disseminating occupational safety awareness by producing solutions to social problems. Concrete tools that will ensure success will be the digital guide, video and module.
