We aim to equip students and youth workers with human-centric skills, technological competencies, and adaptive mindsets to navigate and lead in an AI-driven labour market. The project focuses on developing 21st-century competencies for AI, such as creativity collaborative problem-solving. It also aims to bridge the gap between education and industry demands by aligning curricula with emerging skills, strengthening university-industry collaboration, and increasing employability. The project also promotes inclusivity and equity in AI education, reaching marginalised groups, contextualising learning, and removing barriers. It also fosters systemic change in education policy and practice, upskilling youths, and building resilient, self-sustaining ecosystems. The expected outcomes include graduates possessing dual competence in AI and human-centric skills, attracting industry partnerships, and reducing youth unemployment. The project aims to create a virtuous cycle of empowering individuals
