With our project, we aim to revive the nearly forgotten meşk system and enhance the capacities of young educator candidates aged 18-30 in the fields of music and creative arts. Our goal is to integrate this ancient method as a pedagogical model into modern educational processes, fostering the development of young individuals' technical, emotional, and social intelligence. The project will provide participants with skills such as a meşk system-based teaching model, group dynamics creation, empathy, and creative thinking. Additionally, the preservation and enrichment of local musical culture through modern interpretations will be ensured, while music therapy and community-based projects will support individual and social well-being. Through these efforts, we aim to enhance young educators' individual and professional capacities, contributing to the sustainability of cultural heritage.
