The aim of our project is to increase the social participation of NEET, immigrant and disabled youth and provide them with equal opportunities. We aim to help participants overcome social obstacles by providing them with social skills. Within the scope of the project, we will develop young people's skills such as leadership, communication and problem solving and turn them into socially responsible individuals. Additionally, we will support young people's personal development and help them gain self-confidence. We will encourage them to be informed about social obstacles by organizing awareness-raising events. At the end of the project, we will enable young people to access career opportunities and contribute to social development. Through this process, our project aims to create sustainable change and create an egalitarian society.
