The project aims to enhance the employment opportunities and social inclusion of young individuals on the autism spectrum. It seeks to identify employment challenges, promote competitive employment for greater independence. The project will raise awareness among employers and policymakers while fostering collaboration among key stakeholders. Objectives of the project are (1) Identify and analyze employment challenges, (2) Promote competitive employment models (3) Increase awareness among employers, policymakers, and the general public about the employment potential of autistic individuals (4) Provide data-driven insights and policy recommendations to relevant authorities (5) Create digital platforms and educational resources to support autistic individuals in their job search and career development. By achieving these objectives, the project will contribute to a more inclusive society where autistic individuals can fully participate in economic and social life with more independence.
